Combing my experience of 10 years in corporate life, 15,000 hours as a freelance Personal Trainer and extensive training and experience as a Coach, I will work with you on a 1:1 basis to help you move forward towards what you want.
The sessions will take place over FaceTime or Zoom, so location is no barrier. There are no one size fits all solutions and every session will uncover options that will work for you and move you forward. I will deliver a plan that fits where you are today and take you where you want to be in the future.
