I started Personal Training at Hampton Pool in 2006, the same year I ran my first marathon. At the start of that year, I couldn’t run around the block. I trained myself to run the London Marathon from scratch for charity and the experience proved so life-changing that I changed careers from Marketing to become a PT.
Aged 30 I was stressed, overweight, with a bad diet and drinking too much, so I understand first-hand the struggle of maintaining balance in a busy life.
Since 2006 I’ve trained over 500 clients. I’ve trained people for goals including; weight loss, injury rehab, running a first 5k, marathons, functional strength, triathlon training, postural correction and pre and post-natal training.
I always try and find exercises and goals that people enjoy and are motivated by. It’s never a one size fits all approach. Each session and every client relationship is different. My goal is to make exercise and healthy eating work in a way that best fits you.
I have over 10,000 hours of freelance Personal Training experience. Let me know what you would like to achieve and we can talk through and take it from there. I am based at Hampton Pool Gym, TW12 2ST and train in Teddington, Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton and Hampton Hill.
